PIN-Protected Proofing
Every client gallery is secured with unique, randomized 6-digit access PINs and 256-bit SSL encryption. Only authorized family members can view your session.
Strict Parental Consent
We never publish your infant, milestone, or family portraits online or on social media without your prior explicit, written consent. Your discretion is 100% respected.
Secure Redundant Archival
Your high-resolution master portraits and selected negatives are archived securely across dual-location offline redundant vaults for a minimum of 12 months.

To provide bespoke photography experiences, we collect specific information when you book a session, purchase an heirloom frame, or inquire via our website and WhatsApp channels:
- Contact Information: Full name, telephone/WhatsApp number, email address, and home delivery address for physical heirloom albums and frames.
- Session Details: Dates of milestone occasions (e.g., newborn arrival, baby milestone, birthday, anniversary), shoot locations, and infant nursery setup preferences.
- Visual Media: RAW camera files, intermediate color-graded proofing galleries, final high-resolution client selections, and customized print artwork.
2. How We Protect Your Images & Digital Assets
Your portraits represent your family’s most intimate memories. We enforce strict digital safeguards:
- Private proofing galleries are isolated per client account. Neither other clients nor public web crawlers can access your proofing assets.
- Direct digital download links expire automatically after the delivery window or remain refreshable upon authentication via the Client Portal.
- Production storage drives are strictly encrypted and accessed exclusively by designated primary editors under strict studio non-disclosure agreements.
3. Infant & Child Privacy Commitment
Because our core services focus on Newborns, Baby Milestones, and Children’s Birthdays:
- We do not display full names, birth dates, or residential addresses publicly alongside any portfolio imagery.
- If you choose a "Private / Non-Portfolio" booking option, we guarantee zero promotional sharing across any web, print, or social media channels.
4. Third-Party Fulfillment & Payment Privacy
Physical heirlooms (such as flush-mount linen albums, solid wood frames, and keepsake prints) require fulfillment logistics. We only disclose necessary dispatch details (name, phone, delivery address) to trusted couriers (e.g., TCS, Leopards Courier) strictly for shipment delivery. Payment receipts, bank transfer proofs, or transaction slips submitted through our client portal are retained purely for accounting, invoice matching, and tax compliance.
