Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Photography Services

Snap Memories specializes exclusively in family milestone photography:

• Newborn Sessions (ideal age 5 to 21 days, in-home or sanitized studio setting)
• Baby Milestones (3, 6, 9, and 12-month sitter & cake smash sessions)
• Children’s Birthday Celebrations
• Generational Family Portraits & Outdoor Sessions
• Anniversary Celebrations & Cherished Special Moments

2. Session Reservation & Booking Retainer

To reserve a photography date in our production calendar:

• An official session quote is issued via our studio system with a 48-hour temporary date hold.
• A booking retainer (deposit) or formal confirmation confirms your slot and reserves equipment, props, and photographer availability.
• Remaining package balances are payable prior to or on the shoot day, before final proofing galleries are unlocked.

3. Baby-Led Comfort & Rescheduling Policy

We prioritize infant safety, warmth, and peace above all else:

• Illness & Teething: If a newborn or toddler wakes up with a fever, tummy upset, or teething discomfort, please notify us as early as possible. We will happily reschedule your session without penalty.
• Inclement Weather: For outdoor family shoots, sessions may be moved to our indoor studio setup or postponed to an agreeable date if weather conditions are unfavorable.

4. Proofing, Editing & Turnaround Timelines

Our multi-stage production pipeline ensures pristine quality:

• Watermarked Proofing Gallery: Uploaded to your private client portal within 5 to 7 business days following the session.
• Client Selections: Clients select their favorite portraits according to their package allowance within 30 days of gallery delivery.
• Master Retouching: High-resolution skin-toning, natural color balance, and gentle retouching are finalized within 10 to 14 business days after selection submission.

5. Heirloom Goods, Framing & Courier Delivery

All physical products in our Heirloom Shop (linen photo albums, wood shadowboxes, gallery frames) are custom made:

• Manufacturing and binding take approximately 2 to 3 weeks following client album proof approval.
• Deliveries within Faisalabad and nationwide across Pakistan are shipped via tracked couriers (TCS or Leopards).
• Any physical damage during transit must be reported with photographic proof within 48 hours of receipt for immediate complimentary workshop remaking.

6. Copyright & Personal Usage License

Snap Memories grants clients a perpetual, non-exclusive personal reproduction license upon full payment. You are free to make personal prints, share digital images with family, and post on personal social media. Commercial resale, third-party stock licensing, or uncredited commercial usage is strictly prohibited without written licensing agreements.
